Mike Stout is a union worker for 25 years and a Steelworkers member for ten of those years. He was the last Grievance Chairman at the historic Homestead Steel Mill, which closed in 1986, and helped win $10 million in lost wages and other benefits for 3,000 displaced co-workers. A musical lobbyist for the working man and woman, Mike describes his music as "working class consciousness rock." He has recorded several CDs on the American Blue Collar Records label.
